I’ve been watching your videos and reading your tips and now when I ho fishing set my local lakes I’m the only one catching tout. :-). This is no joke. Last night anglers were throwing near me using newer power bait and not even getting bites and we were catching them left send right on old power bait and trout ninja rig setup.
went fishing to day with the trout ninja rig.. Caught a BUNCH of perch! but, no trout! thanks trout ninja!! thanks a lot lol.

Will this work for rainbows? i noticed they are very picky on what they eat any suggestions on what bait to use?
Hey Spence, Sorry its taken so long to get back to you. I’m in the process of creating a vid for stream and river fishing. Tactics are different depending on the current. Where there is slow current, one tip is to go ahead and used a Trout Ninja Rig. And if you are only casting or flipping your line out 6 to 20 feet, just tie your hook directly to your line and attach a tiny split shot (just enough weight) about 18 inches above the hook. That’s it! Ahhhh…working with trout. Depends what you mean. For example, I love to teach fishing and even more so, I love to see people catch fish after discovering some of my tips. My day job is not trout related. If it were, WOW. Do you wish to be a biologist? A lot of ways to work with trout or other fish. Tell me what you are thinking. ~ Trout Ninja ~
Do you have any tips for streams or rivers? My favorite place is Bennett Springs MO. Also, you know how its said that if you like you work you never work a day in your life? Well, I want to find a job working with trout, but I don’t know where to start any ideas?

Hey thenks, I caught two trout one was 3 pound the other was four at the same time.used your bait plus a worm with a salmon egg. It felt like a HUGE coho salmon!
